However, I am dead set that Shannanhan had to see something in him to place him on IR all year due to a hamstring injury. Let's just hope that this kid pans out to be a solid 2 or 3 receiver. With Moss, Kelly, Armstrong, and Hankerston we could have a decent WR corp...agreed unproven too. This guys have to play to their ability.

Doesn't make sense for Shanny to keep him around for a year on IR just to cut him in camp. I agree he's got plans for him in the rotation.
