I would almost go so far as to say that if Jarvis Jenkins doesn't beat out Carriker he has no high ceiling future as well.

Reason being Carriker is a straight up first round bust who is never going to be anything but a decent starter THAT IS CARRIKER'S UPSIDE.

All this talk about Jenkins showing big time flashes at camp.

Yeah ok. If he is sitting on the bench come regular season that means he can't beat out a less than middle of the road talent.

I will argue that means in the end Jenkins will be just another guy.
