I didn't think he was worth taking at rounds 1-4. Not because he is not talented, but because of all the baggage. I believe he's 1st round talent personally, but there's that ever present risk that he would need to be cut from the team ala Vince Young.
A fifth rounder would be low enough to invest in order to take that risk. The lower the investment, the lesser the commitment. |
