The 5-point kick seems like overkill, so maybe just 4 pts for 50+ would suffice.

Same idea but mine was ....

any thing from 1-10 yards =1 pt
" " 11-30=2pts
" " 31- and on =3pts

....and all saftys are touchdowns.
