We will see. I am on the side of this discussion that worries about our tendency to play down to the opponent, and add in the fact that I expect Steven Jackson to be healthy and ready to play the whole game and I see a recipe for either a meager win or a disastrous loss. Disastrous, because heading into the bye week at 2-2 after 2 losses would lead this team back to the typical role we have played.
I like the talent on this team. I like the coaching on the team. I won't trust that this team can win like it should until we stop finding ways to shoot ourselves in the foot. |

Redskins Realize the Leap From Good to Great Is Made in the Red Zone | The Associated Press | NFL | San Francisco Examiner
"We have the kind of system, we have that caliber of player where we all can feed off each other down there, with lots of options," Hightower said. "That's the frustrating part of this business, is not getting it done when we have what we need to do it." Re: Skins v Rams pregame
I really hope we win this one. 3-1 heading into a bye week is a very nice luxury, as 77% of teams that reach week 4 with at least 3 wins make the playoffs. Like I said before, I am really scared for the team this week though. I hope the underachieving Bradford and SJ, along with the talented MSW do not put it all together this week.

Re: Skins v Rams pregame
I'm still down in the dumps with last week's lost. I dont expect for this team to go undefeated but, beating a DAL with a banged up team would've eluded hope that team is a serious contender.
