Looking at the top 10 draft choices' salaries is nice, but when you're comparing different positions it's apples and oranges.
What did Roy Williams get in Dallas for his rookie deal? That would be a more accurate comparison. Also, are the incentives in Taylor's deal realistic? If they are and he can reach all or at least most of them, a $40M deal isn't too shabby. |
