Didnt Dan Reeves mostly put together the team that Shanahan had his success with?

Shanahan certainly was not great in Denver, and got off to a poor start in some respects here as a "GM". However, it seems the situation here has a more "shrewd" FO since he has at least one subordinate he can take some advice from, Bruce Allen being one of them.
