I think the coaches are doing what they can with what they got. Right we don't have a QB, OL, or any wrs that I view as being a legitimate number one. What you are saying is true to a large extent, but that has been the case for the better part of two decades now. Even Gibbs, who had a few core guys to rely on, had talent deficiencies to work with, but still found a way to get into the playoffs. I am all for continuity in the coaching, but get a guy who is young and wants to establish something here, not some overhyped veteran coach with an ulterior motive, who really hasn't proven he is all that. I mean come on, one post Elway playoff victory? The guy was offensively loaded in probably the weakest division in the NFL and only one playoff victory? If Gibbs had that O line and that trio of Rbs, we would have been to the SB at least once more.
