How about we give MNC's 2 senate seats, and include them in the census with x number of Congressmen. Then, we say they can only spend campaign funds on those two senate seats and the elections for their congressmen. They could become the 51st state, CorporateAmerica, we could add DC statehood as well, just so the flag stays balanced. Also, they all have to register, so that in time of war they can be drafted.
