He is going through mental purging right now and probably has smelled the flowers. He has no choice but engage in a rebuild or suffer even more of his own personal embarassment(shutout, 5 losses in a row). If his ego is as big as it is, the wounds must be critical now and he would finally be motivated to build this team the right way. I'm willing to give him a chance to do that, and hopefully he does do that.

In his defense, I think much of what's been done already is a rebuild, other than the McNabb trade. I think we should give him more credit for foresight than we do. He was out of coaching for a year & had a lot of time to study. He knew this team was a mess, a lot of that has changed even if we're not seeing wins.
