Carlos is just one of the many that have left and said what was really or is really going on in that building. Look at how well he is playing now in SF. Do you think that maybe he was a little distracted by all the crap in Ashburn? I think the guy was a good cover guy, couldn't catch, but the recievers didn't catch the ball either. I wouldn't mind having him here right now. I think him and Hall made a better combination than Hall and Wilson.

No, Carlos's complaints are all tied to his exorbitant demands not being met. This is similar to Dockery, in which we let him go because it wasn't worth matching that contract would have been an overpay. .

Understand that you keep players by PAYING players. We are buying a service from them. We paid Samuels, Jansen, even Lavar, etc because they did very substantial things before their contract year. Carlos did not do enough and didn't even bother to get contracts. So, Hall doesn't deserve his contract. Now we should make the same mistake again to Carlos simply because we made it once? No, Shanahan and Allen should NOT repeat the goddamn overpay Vinny gave Hall simply because it is "fair" to Carlos Rogers.

Who goes out and says, "give me a raise first, then I'll do better"? It doesn't work that way most of the time. You gotta earn that raise.

We would be competing for having the most awful 19 million dollar pair of starting cornerbacks.
