I'd be concerned to get the right young guy to develop under or take over for Manning though. To live up to or be constantly measured up to Manning is gonna take a special guy. Kind of like an Aaron Rodgers type; coming out of college with a chip on his shoulders, having swag with his "discount-double dance" move.
