As of tonight (and wildly subject to change) we have the 4th pick based on strength of schedule tiebreaker and with Indy, Minnesota and St. Louis ahead of us we shouldn't have an issue getting our QB. I highly doubt 2 teams (Cleveland & Seattle) both mortgaging their futures to draft QB. QB won't go 1-2-3 in the draft. With the puff puff brothers suspended for the year we will be lucky to sniff another win this year so 4-12/5-11 should keep us in the top 5-8 picks.

And if Minnesota wins 2 more games including the one against us I believe we would have the 3rd pick.
