I think for guys like C. Mortenson & J. Clayton who are paid by espn to not only find info about players, but also to offer insight & predictions (read opinion) on players' & teams' moves, linking Manning to the Skins is simply the low hanging fruit of their hypothesis. Correct me if I'm wrong, but nobody has actually reported any facts other than salary figures.

Hope we are not in the manning talks when the draft approaches, unless Allen can use that as leverage to broker another deal.
