Granted he had Elway, and play makers on the offensive side of the ball. Now, I never saw or understood the rationale/logic in the interest in Tashard Choice nor did it make sense to me why he was let go when clearly the offensive line was responsible for not opening holes and allowing the Dallas defense to penetrate and hit Choice in the backfield. The same offensive line has made it difficult for Ryan Torain to find running room this year. I think Shanahan lies to the media. And plus he's always not honest, as if he's holding something back purposefully. Of course he knew that Roy Helu could shoulder the load. He knew it since preseason. For whatever reason, Shanahan doesn't say what he really thinks, or tries to conceal it. I find his want of attempting to hide the truth about things to be very odd. |
