I don't know where exactly Taylor is from - perhaps he's from a very upscale low-crime neighborhood. But, I can't say he exercised poor judgment. I don't know where he's from, who (if anyone) he was with, his relationship to the shooter, under what circumstances the shots were fired, or anything really.

All we know is the police want to question him about a shooting. It sounds bad and it could be very bad, but right now, we just don't know squat.
