question about scoring reviews

in the lions packers game yesterday the lions scored a touchdown but the receiver was ruled out of bounds.

He was clearly in but they could not challenge because they had already used both of there challenges.

My question is do you think there should be a rule in place about challenges that only assists the defense.

in my opinion if your going to have a rule that says all scoring plays are reviewed automatically it should be expanded to include all plays that would result in a touchdown if overturned to make it fair.
