Tonight I'm baking some tonight with sliced up tomatoes, onions, old bay, lemon and a slice of bacon on each side. Bake them for a few minutes then add some white wine and let it cook down. They do make good fish san.

Daseal, my offer is open to anyone here that wants to go to let me know and now is a great time to fish. I enjoy putting people on the fish as much as I do catching them myself.
