Hoyer to start, Foles/Cousins/Tannehill (maybe in that order) to finish is my current prediction. Shanahan recently said if he can't get his franchise guy this year he wants someone he feels he can develop into his franchise guy in 2-3 years. Which is why I think it will be one of those 3 rookies taken by the Redskins.

As for Hoyer, Flynn is getting all the publicity but I know a lot of team execs around the league think Hoyer has the better upside (though I believe he's just an RFA)

Only thing is, do we believe Shanahan has 2-3 more years given to him no matter what happens this coming season? While I believe he should be given his length of his contract to turn things around, I believe another 5-11 season probably would buy his ticket out of D.C.

I don't know much about Hoyer, but I suppose I'd be OK with any of those three rookies as developmental guys.
