I've said this before but if Mike/Kyle Shanahan can't figure out a way to make things work with P. Manning both should be fired now.

Definitely agree with Tandler.

I know some people are leery of making a move like this because of what happened with McNabb, but Manning is certainly no McNabb.

Manning's work ethic and leadership are off the charts compared to McNabb, so much so it's not even worth discussing.

Plus all it would take is money to get Manning, no picks.
