But it's important that there's not an enormous amount of pressure on him. I just want to see him succeed.

But that's what seems to make him stand out from the rest- is him appearing to have the maturity to be able to handle that pressure, being a hardworker, and also a student of the game. That's what the qb busts didn't have even though they had all the talent in the world.
