Whats really funny is it wasn't the Skins or Boys that broke the rule, it was the other owners that did but because these two owners refused to break the law or rule they are getting punished. A senate committee will be getting involved with this at some point I would be willing to bet, nothing will come of it of course, but it will be a nice format for them to do some grandstanding.
