I don't see how Gaffney having his best year is comparable to Moss putting up 3 years of 1000+ yards and 1 year only a few yards shy of 1000. I feel the only reason Moss didn't break out this year as well is him being injured and playing QB carousel during the year. It's like saying, "why did Fred Davis do so much better than Chris Cooley. We need to get rid of him."

Either way it's never a good sign when you're trying to decide which old guy is better than the other. Personally I don't think either of them have too much longer to put up big numbers.
