What do colleges and High schools say about smart phones during test? God if I had one back in the day I have gone to Harvard on a free ride.

I've taken some civil service exams and before the exam they ask everyone to take out your phone, power it off, and put it away. I'd guess schools follow a pretty strict policy regarding phones.
