I think the best senario for us in terms of the top two picks, is Manning going to the Chargers, and Oakland taking Gallery. That would keep NY from getting there top to targets.

But I don't think the Chargers want to have to deal with wasting a pick on someone who does not want to be there. A holdout situation looks inevitable if the draft Eli.

I just saw two mock drafts on NFL Network, both had the Skins picking at one to take Gallery...damn this is getting close, almost an hour till we get going.

its just sports center though right, with an occassional comment on the draft? I figured this hour before the draft would have Kiper and everyone telling us who will go one. Its so unusual that the number one pick is not known, or signed. Whose it gonna be, Gallery? Manning?

that's what i thought 2 but i guess since they've been having a draft special on every week day for the past 2 weeks they didn't think it was necessary or something.

OK I just read that the Giants said they liked Ben R. better, and that the Raiders will pick Gallery second because there is a trade in place for the Jags to move up to six to take Roy Williams, therefore he wouldnt be available with the 7th pick. I think the Lions have been wanting to trade down to get Jackson at a cheapr price
