I think its the fact that their whole sound, act has been done before over and over again. They do nothing that hasnt been done before and they dont anything to change it up or add to that sound. The problem is in the word you use, its
not dynamic. Now this might be a bad assumption but the music sounds more about earning a paycheck than about "art."
