Looks like a couple of these sites are close to where my sister lives, also right near a brand new brewry thats opened within the last year. I actually when down to the brewery a couple weekend ago and got a private tour with some friends by the co-owner. If VUU or the sportsbacker stadium site hold up, the brewery would be an ideal meet up spot, hell maybe a spot for an event.brewery: Hardywood Park Craft Brewery | Integrity, Heritage, Inspired Creation
