watched it on you tube and you get a much clearer look - yeah hes just waving the paper - seeing it on here it looked like he was flipping it up and down real quick - like "get up" - plus I was wondering why Jenkins would even get up - usually they just sit and get barked at - also nobody seemed to concerned that he was going to bull rush Andy because I figured they heard Andy say and motion to get up..............
