T.O. is screaming that he was underpaid last year - and to look at his base salary, he may be right. However, if the Eagles were to renegotiate and sign a new 6-year deal, even just moving around existing dollars, it would mean that Owens was basically paid over $9 million last year - since that was his signing bonus for this current deal. He wasn't underpaid last year, he received nearly $10 million - he's projecting that he'll be underpaid this year getting about $3 million. That's the gaping hole is his logic.
