On a good note, these backups looked incredibly well coached, they get it. Our depth is quite strong, haven't seen that in years. The heavy drafting is starting to pay off. Now we just need major playmakers in starting roles and shore up our Oline and secondary.

This team did not make many mental errors during preseason, that is a fantastic sign.
It will likely come down to who has more talent on game day, and we are still a bit behind with our starters. I can proudly say, we have a solid across the board foundation, finally....did you ever think we would have across the board depth a few years back when we didn't even have a GM?....good job Bruce Allen!!

Not that i dont agree but can we hold off on the celebrations and congratulations until we win more than five games? Remember the Osaka Bowl .....
Im not being a pessimist - i agree about the promise this team is beginning to have but im not going to jim zorn hip hip hooray bruce allen around town until it translates into wins - real wins.
