CR and you might have a solid point here. It's hard to point to any one issue but the league has consistently for years now made it easier and easier for offenses. Now with the these debacles they call officiating crews maybe they've reached the tipping point and playing lock-down defense consistently has become near impossible.

I mean our defense is terrible, no doubt, but it isn't too much different than we've had. SS pointed out that we're getting scored on because teams are having to put up points.

How many games are we seeing around the league that are straight up laughers where a defense is locking a team down and their offense is dropping bombs? Not many. But we've seen multiple overall low-scoring games and vice-versa. It seems like offense begets the other teams offense right now. And we're scoring points by the bucket load.
