Here is one of the things I like about Niles, and i'm hoping he can continue to grow at TE.
Yesterday, we came out in our usual pistol set with Morris on the left of RG3, and Paul on the right. Bucs were in man coverage, and we sent Niles in to motion to the right side of the field, forcing the OLB to play coverage with Paul. Now, that's a huge mismatch for the former WR. If we can keep opening things on defenses like that. Then we are only going to get better.
