Manning is 101 TDs behind Favre. Not sure he catches that record though, but he very well if he is solid the next 4 years. Just needs to average 20 TDs a year, which isn't hard for him. That year he sat out would probably be his downfall if he comes up short.

I hope that Manning does it. I'd rather he hold those records than Favre.
