Seems mighty hasty to me.
Gotta measure "bust" as a matter of expectations. If Garcon was expected to be a #1 WR anytime up to this point in his career, he's a bust. No other way to see it. He had arguably the greatest QB in the history of football tossing to him for what, three or four years, and never broke a thousand yards. He didn't break that barrier last year either, even with Wayne gimpy for what, most the season? Shanny paid way, way over Garcon's career performance thus far, hoping to catch him on the upswing. Could still happen, but frankly it would mean Garcon becomes a totally different kind of player than he's been up to this moment.

Setting Garcon aside, I'm of the view talent isn't our issue. Defensively, we still are better suited for a 4-3 scheme. You make that switch with smart d coordinator and we're a top 10 defense, even with the current state of our secondary. Offensively, we've been great this year as long as RG3 keeps the pigskin about half our rushing downs. Take that factor out of the equation, as seen in the last two games, and the offense is closer to average than elite. My suspicion, though I hope I'm wrong, is that Kyle's play-calling becomes ever more predictable as has always been the case with him. And that likely translates into offensive anemia.

Same with the offense as with the defense, we have the talent to be consistently good. Obviously, the line cannot be great with the likes of Polumbus waddling around out there, and if we lose Trent the line falls to pieces. But we've got an elite TE, an average WR corp that if schemed properly will consistently move the chains, a solid ground attack and a QB with elite skills.
