I really hope there's some way we can keep him. He and RGIII are obviously working well together and i think switching offensive coordinators would only stunt the offense. I guess it really depends on how long Mike plans to coach. If we really just wants to coach out the rest of his contract, then i could see snyder/allen convincing Kyle to stay if they promised making him the HC when his dad retires. If Mike has no intention of retiring anytime soon, then Kyle is gone... and i'm worried he'd go to Philly or Dallas.

I'm more worried about Roman or Gruden going to Philly or Dallas. And I still think it's basically irrelevent who schemes our offense. We have the most dynamic QB in the league right now and plenty of talent surrounding him. If this regime can get the defense right (top 10 say) we'll be a contender for the SB, but that's the big ? at this point.
