RG3 doesn't play much, and isn't as effective as a perfectly healthy Kirk Cousins. Counsins plays, fumbles and throws 2 picks. Browns start hot early and dont look back.

If the Browns win (which they won't), it's not going to be an outright ass kicking. I'd say less 7 points or less, with or without RG3.
