Are you buying into the Shanaplan?

If there isn't anyone on board with the Shanaplan by now, screw 'em. There's no better time to be on board. I feel like we have that magic that successful organizations have, that mentality that says even if multiple things go wrong, we will always have a chance to prevail.

The talent level could still use help at a few key spots, but even Super Bowl winning organizations don't always have solid talent across the board. Look at the Giants last year. Who in their right mind predicted them to go on a tear in the playoffs after barely making it past the regular season? It's safe to say I'm definitely feeling it right now.
