Kind of like how you hear about athletes who have trouble "completely trusting their knee", if you have a replacement ACL your brain doenst get any feed back. However, RGIII already had a replacement so i dont think this would matter? Also heard, your ACL is made up of different parts (2 i think?), and if its a partial tear which is isolated you can replace just the part that was torn.
