RG3 will most likely be out this year. I think it will be very important to build a strong team that he can come back too.

Keep the majority of our players:
Restructure D.Hall keep him on the roster. He is an emotional leader on the team. I think when motivated he can shut receivers down.

◾LB Lorenzo Alexander – Keep
◾WR Brandon Banks –Cut
◾NT Chris Baker – Keep on the cheap.
◾TE Chris Cooley – Cut
◾TE Fred Davis – Keep if we can.
◾DE Kedric Golston – Cut
◾CB Cedric Griffin – Keep may be better in year 2
◾QB Rex Grossman – Keep we don't need any change at this position.
◾LB Rob Jackson – May be a great trading tool after his performance. Keep- I wonder if he can learn the MLB position
◾S Tanard Jackson – Keep- He has talent and will come cheap
◾G Kory Lichtensteiger – Keep
◾TE Logan Paulsen – Keep especially if we lose Fred D
◾P Sav Rocca – keep
◾LS Nick Sundberg – keep
◾FS Madieu Williams – cut
◾LB Chris Wilson – cut
◾FB Darrel Young – Keep

Jairus Byrd- Great safety getting him would make Tanard optional
Brent Grimes - I am tired of seeing Wilson getting burned

What's the status of Byrd's talks with the Bills? Months ago they were at the table and I read that he was hinting wanting to look around at his other options.
