Jerry Jones is truly the reason why the Dallas Cowboys aren't going anywhere no time soon. He needs to hire a savvy GM will Bill Polian and let him run the Cowboys. But Jones won't do that because of his arrogance and his ego. The fact that he's considering signing Tony Romo to a deal after Romo has shown that he can't win in the clutch only confirms that Jones doesn't know what he's doing. Even if Romo is signed, does Jones have the common sense to look at the draft this year for Romo's eventual replacement? Seems doubtful.
