Right now yeah the league would win, why? cause of unwritten agreements, rights signed away, and autonomy. Let it get to the right court where none of these apply and see how the league colluded against the players (illegal), bribed the NFLPA to agree to the punishements or lose money (illegal), punished both teams with out taking the topic to the owners meeting first and allowing the two teams to explain why they did what they did and why they should not be punished. |
