I like Ryan too actually. Thought he did a good job his first two years and I think a lot of the problems with that team had a lot to do with poor personnel decisions. Ryan has made his share of mistakes too, but I think the problems with that organization go way beyond him. Getting rid of Mike Tannenbaum was a good step in fixing those problems.

Yeah I mean look at the players he had on offense.. tell me who could win with that unit.
