With the salary cap stagnant, big name players are still going to be outdoing each other for contracts, where is the money going to come from? The middle man of the NFL. Middle tier players aren't going to get the money they got in past years IMO because of this.

There is still not a salary floor teams have to meet. There is plenty of money to go around if teams want to spend it. Next year, there WILL be a floor and I would imagine this should result in pay bumps for alot of the middle tier players.
