That is not saying much in the NFC East. Some one getting paid 8 million should be in the top ten at their postion. His salary puts him the top 10 and so he should play like it. He does not. He is replaceable through depth and the draft. There are a lot of corners right now in the draft who could end up developing into a better overall corner than Hall. Man needs to take a significant pay cut or I do not see how the Skins can afford him.
