What else are the Skins going to do? Restructuring contracts is nothing more than a band aid that leads to future cap problems.

My guess is that the Skins, at a minimum, will cut DHall ($7.5M), Santana Moss ($3.7M), and Adam Carriker ($2.2M) and let London Fletcher retire ($2.7M), thus saving $16.1M against the cap.
