Ok so I'm not up on all the new rules but a co-worker said that the players bonus's don't count against the CAP?
So if that is true then we could offer both Talib and the CB from Miami, Smith, a 1 yr huge signing bonus and both a 1 mill contract each, then next year give them a nice contract over a few yrs. We could get both maybe?
