well he said they changed the offer Monday. so I could see that they did that as they neared the decision to keep Moss and Carriker instead of cutting them. If he doesn't understand the cap penalty part of it, oh well, Bottomline it was about money and that's his right, but don't try to put the skins down, if the 2.7 million was enough Monday he could have signed Sunday and gotten it. then we would have cut either Carriker or Moss or both.

bottomline you can count at least CB and ST captain as 2 positions directly impacted.by the cap penalty. keep that in mind as the season plays out.
