Cutting a 2nd rounder that soon has to be disheartening, but it needed to happen. It really is sad how it turned out, especially after watching this.

Titus Young 360: The Family - NFL Videos

How can he be so caring and compassionate in regards to youth and family, yet act like a total douche bag to his team.

Similar to another lion Suh, off the field you would have difficulty finding a better guy. On the field not so much.

I know a lot of you are not Tim Kawakami fans, but here's a good article from him.

Suh on the field:
Ndamukong Suh Was Voted The NFL’s Dirtiest Player For The Second Year In A Row

Suh off the field:
Ndamukong Suh receives another traffic citation (after the sideswiping incident)

I'm not seeing a lot of difference in Suh on and off the field here.

**** no. This guy has serious attitude issues. No way, no how. These flags were there even before he was drafted.

Titus Young and Lions: Such a waste - NFC North Blog - ESPN

Quote:
Hindsight is always 20-20, but it seems clear Mayhew underestimated the character issues that all teams were aware of prior to the 2011 draft. Young had been suspended in 2008 for behavior issues, and it wasn't difficult to find an NFL personnel man who privately expressed concern about his personality quirks.

Twentyman: Gil Brandt says it might be time for the Detroit Lions to part ways with Titus Young

Brandt is dead on with this point.

Quote:
Brandt pointed to Young’s near year-long suspension as a sophomore at Boise State as the start of red flags that haven’t gone away. He wonders if they ever will.

“I just think you have to understand the magnitude of what Titus Young had at Boise State when he got suspended for the year,” Brandt said.

“Usually, a guy of his ability, gets suspended two games and the first game is against the Little Sisters of the Poor or something like that. I think you knew then that he was a pain in the (butt).”
If you have a college player that talented getting suspended for that length of time, that should tell you something.

Wierd list. LINK How is the University of Nebraska a "charity" that Suh contributed to?

The comments in your link are hilarious, though. Good read!
