Re: vaguntrader.com
Thanks for steering me to the VA Gun Trader. I'm picking up a nice Russian AK this weekend for 485. I hope this pisses off any anti-gun liberals on the board.

Re: vaguntrader.com
It wasnt the one with the communist sickle on it was it? I really wanted to get that thing. I spend way to much time on that site, and have spent way to much money on guns lately...

But no you can't buy guns in DC. There's a complete gun ban here, I think. At least there's a handgun ban, I know that much. That doesn't stop people from going out and shooting their guns in the air on the 4th of July and New Years Eve if you're in the right spots though. I was in Wisconsin when I was at the gun range though. My friend's dad has a wide array of guns. Ideally when I get my own place, if I end up living alone, I intend on looking on registering myself a handgun.

Re: vaguntrader.com
Asking you gun nuts. What is a good but cheap pump shot gun to have for protection.

Yeah, that's a nice little hunny isn't it. It's not for me though. If I'm going to have something that small, I'd want a heavier caliber.

Re: vaguntrader.com
Hmm, I would go with a 12 gauge Mossberg 590 pump action. I got one from the PX for 350$ a few years back. It holds nine rounds and has glow in the dark sights (ghost ring). You should be able to get one for 400$. It's really no thrills. Just put in a round, pump it, then rock & roll. It's perfect for home defense. It does have a safety mechanism by the trigger. A good shotgun will cost around 200-400$. Remington and Winchester make good ones too, but the Mossberg 590 was designed for close quarters.

Re: vaguntrader.com
Seeing how I don't drink, there's no chance of that going down. Don't worry, I have more than one gun.

Re: vaguntrader.com
Why sleep with a wife when you can sleep with your gun?

Re: vaguntrader.com
Better yet, why sleep with your wife when you can sleep with your girlfriend?
