Report: Dallas Cowboys may lose key defensive coach Rod Marinelli to Tampa Bay; what would it mean for Monte Kiffin? | Dallas Morning News
This is good news, Cowboys probably going to lose their best coach on the staff.

Re: Around the NFL Coaching Changes 2.0
As to Lovie's staff: Tedford mentored Rogers in college along with a host of QB's who were first round busts. Remember, Rogers came into the league and sat a few years behind Farve. It's not like he came in and lit it up. Not saying Tedford can't succeed, but I don't think he is a guarantee. This is his first NFL gig after 20 years as a college coach.
As for Marinelli, he is a great DL coach in a Tampa 2 defense. Simply not impressed with him since he moved on from that. Player's love him but not sure he is any great shakes as a coordinator. Failed miserably as a HC in Detroit (0-16, that was him).

They did but Marinelli is still a well respected coach.
